The New England Patriots are the worst team record wise in the AFC (2-10) but this team has shown heart and determination every game they’ve played. Tonight the Patriots will be without Powerful running back Rhamondre Stevenson (Ankle), Expect Ezekiel Elliott to receive most of the snaps. JaMycal Hasty could receive some time as well, to learn more about the running back click here. The question is, can this Bailey Zappe led Offense score any points on the Pittsburgh top 20 defense? With New England scoring nothing vs the Chargers, it is tough to say if even New England will see the Redzone. With all that being said here is one thing Patriot fans should watch for vs the Steelers on Thursday Night Football.

Patriots Defense:

New Englands defense should hold the struggling Pittsburgh Steelers Offense to a few points, Pittsburgh will be without young QB Kenny Pickett on Thursday Night. Mitch Trubisky will be the signal caller for the team, expect the Steelers to count on Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren the running back duo. The Patriots do have a top three defense according to Fox Sports, New England has only allowed 88.7 yards on the ground on average per game. Jabrill Peppers the Patriots Safety has been outstanding for the New England all season, expect him to show up tonight vs this Steelers team.

Karvers Final Thoughts:

This is going to be a great defensive battle, I would expect this game to be close. New England is hoping for Malik Cunningham to see some time at Quarterback soon, it is only a matter of time until the Rookie QB gets a chance. As the final games come upon us, I would keep an eye on the young players who are worth developing for the long term plan.
