Ed Reed has been in talks with one HBCU team about potentially becoming their head coach
Ed Reed could end up as a head coach for a very prestigious HBCU program. According to HBCU Sports, Ed Reed has engaged in conversations with Grambling State who is currently without a head coach.
If you remember, last year Ed Reed had a cup of coffee as Bethune-Cookman head coach before the school decided to cut ties after he publicly criticized the university.
Grambling State is currently without a coach, and Reed is interested in the position.
During his playing career, Reed was selected to nine total Pro Bowls, he was the 2004 NFL Defensive Player of the Year Award winner, and has an NFL record for the two longest interception returns (106 yards in 2004 and 107 yards in 2008)
Reed is a super passionate person and he would be a great option for Grambling State. It will be interesting to see where it goes. Stay tuned…..
