I believe this was an intriguing topic that eventually became a new rule in the NFL and will be interesting for certain All-Star games.

Reese’s Senior Bowl, The East/West Shrine Bowl, and The HBCU Legacy Bowl are now able to bring Juniors into their game.

We have some questions:

  • Will NFL executives and NFL Scouts have any HBCU prospects rated draftable for the NFL Draft class of 2024?
  • Have any HBCU Juniors done enough to get a draft grade?
  • Will All 32 teams handle this rule change?
  • What players do you guys feel can go to the NFL as Juniors from the HBCU football community?
