What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

My love for the game I am really into it and it taught me discipline along with being in Saint Louis.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

We went and beat Pitt State in 2019 on the road. Also just being in the locker room with the guys.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My mom, because of her work ethic and mentality and she has taught me a lot about life.

What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

I’m looking forward to competing with the guys and winning but mostly competing with them.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

Frank Gore, because of his longevity at the running back position and the way he plays.

What are your favorite things about playing football for Missouri Western?

My teammates and it’s a good atmosphere and our facilities are top notch.

What should we know about Jared Scott the person?

I’m the type of person that’s a glass half full kind of guy that looks at the good in every situation.

What is your favorite offensive scheme and why?

Run and shoot, just because it makes the defense defend the entire field.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

Face to face and head on and see what I can learn from every challenge because every challenge is different.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A gritty, tough but also a smart player with a strong work ethic.

What stands out about your film the most?

My vision and my physicality.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Cooper Burton, he is probably the most dynamic player I’ve ever played with and he didn’t get the recognition he deserved.
