Former Buccaneers offensive lineman Demar Dotson was arrested for slapping a female in the face

According to reports coming out of Florida, Demar Dotson the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive tackle was arrested and charged after he struck a female in the face.
Dotson was arrested last week in Tampa and now faces a first-degree misdemeanor battery charge after he allegedly slapped a woman during an argument.
Dotson is a big boy standing at 6’9 and weighing 300 plus pounds. The Alexandria, Louisiana native reportedly slapped the female and when she came at him and struck him back he punched her knocking her to the ground.
The victim suffered a black and blue eye and a one inch cut on her face.
Dotson was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2009 after playing for Southern Mississippi in college. He was signed by the Buccaneers and played his entire career except his final year with the Broncos.
