Georgia High School Football Player Mykal Ellis found shot to death in street

Mykal Ellis was just 16-years-old. He had a whole life to live. The Brunswick High School star football player was found unresponsive in the street when police responded to a shots fired call near Johnston Street in Brunswick, Georgia.
Officers attempted to save the football players life, but were unsuccessful. Ellis died at the scene.
Ellis was a running back on the roster of Brunswick High School’s football team in the class of 2026.
