A top running back in Division II who is now a Tampa Bay Buccaneer is coming off a stellar ’22 campaign and plans to make even more noise heading into the fall for the Bucs.

Ronnie Brown, who signed with Tampa Bay as an undrafted free agent, may be the biggest name you’ve never heard of.

Brown had 1,864 yards rushing last season – the second most in the nation in Division II – and 19 touchdowns. What’s more, the 6’0, 190-pound workhorse had 56 catches for an additional 589 yards and 546 yards as a kick returner. In case you’re bad at math (like me): that’s 2,999 total yards in one season.

Production is an undeniable factor and it’s clear Brown knows what it means to bring it to work every day. The Bucs may have a steal.
