Saint Francis standout football player Kendal Marks charged with rape
Kendal Marks is a solid football player that had a bright future at St. Francis University in Pennsylvania, and now he is facing serious charges that he allegedly raped a female.
Police records show that the 20-year-old defensive back of Taneytown, Md, is facing charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.
Marks was arrested on school property last week. The rape reportedly happened back in December. This also happened to a young linebacker at Iowa State earlier this week.
The victim alleged that they started to watch a movie when Marks put his hand down her pants. Her account of police became way more in-depth at this point. Police did review camera footage showing Marks and the victim going to the dorm room together, and Marks leaving that same night. The female did not leave until the next morning.
The school immediately suspended the Sophomore defensive back from the team.
