NFL Draft Prospect was hit by an impaired driver | The rookie WR required multiple surgeries
Michael Jefferson was involved in a car accident last month with an impaired driver and has required multiple surgeries.
The 2023 NFL Draft Prospect reportedly was driving his car when a 55-year-old man ran head onto Jefferson. The police are now reporting that the man was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
The Louisiana star wide receiver hauled in 51 receptions last year for 810 yards and scored seven times. He was invited to the Hula Bowl and the East/West Shrine Game and also attended the NFL Scouting Combine in Mobile, Alabama.
Jefferson was a lock to be drafted in the 2023 NFL Draft, but depending on his health he may end up going undrafted.
