XFL reinstated Quarterback who was released for reportedly giving the other team information | Should he sue?
Quinten Dormady should be pissed off. He was released by the XFL’s Orlando Guardians and now he is being reinstated by the XFL.
Dormady should be upset and seek legal action. The former Central Michigan quarterback was dumped by the Guardians based on allegations that he was sharing plays and information with the Guardians opponents.
The crazy thing is you do not have to share plays with the Guardians opponents, because they are horrible. They have not won a single game, and none have been close. In a league that shares the plays on the broadcasts, you would like to hope that the Guardians have more than three plays.
Either way the XFL released this statement:
“It has been determined that allegations of impropriety were unsubstantiated and there is no basis for disciplinary action” against Dormady.
Dormady has been reinstated by the Guardians, and I understand that he is trying to continue his playing career, but I am not sure I could play for the team that claims I was doing something beyond the scope of my duties.
I think the XFL is wrong for this one. I do not know all the details but this is pretty bad.
