Utah State football player Josh Davis suffers cardiac arrest during spring practice

Yesterday at Utah State University a redshirt freshman who is in great shape collapsed on the football field and went into cardiac arrest during their spring practice.
He was in critical condition and now is in recovery.
Josh Davis, a redshirt freshman wide receiver from Carlsbad, California, collapsed on the field during Thursday’s practice on Merlin Olsen Field at Maverik Stadium.
The school announced this update on Josh Davis.
Davis was immediately treated by USU’s athletic training staff before he was taken to Logan Regional Hospital.
