NFL Betting: Will Levis is the Most Popular Bet to be Selected First Overall by Bettors

The NFL odds for being the first overall pick are out and Will Levis does not have the best odds according to DraftKings Sportsbooks, but Bettors are taking him the most.
However, Stroud and Young were being listed as co-favorites as of early December, and Young eventually took over as the favorite in early January, but the Levis is who the money is on, which is interesting.
In six of the last eight drafts a quarterback was selected first overall, and while the Bears do not need a quarterback, there have been rumors they could trade Justin Fields and select a quarterback or trade out of the first spot.
Levis opened at 10-to-1, but his odds have come down to just +750. Overall, more than 22% of bets and nearly 35% of money is backing the Kentucky quarterback to be taken first.
Odds to Be First-Overall NFL Pick
Player | Odds |
---|---|
Bryce Young (QB) BAMA | -120 |
CJ Stroud (QB) OSU | +250 |
Jalen Carter (DT) UGA | +550 |
Will Levis (QB) UK | +750 |
Will Anderson (EDGE) BAMA | +750 |
Anthony Richardson (QB) FLA | +10000 |
Peter Skoronski (OT) NU | +10000 |
Paris Johnson (OT) OSU | +10000 |
Bryan Bresee (DT) CLEM | +10000 |
Myles Murphy (EDGE) CLEM | +10000 |
While Will Levis has a huge arm, the only way I could see him being the first pick is if someone trades up to one. I bet when that happens the odds will change dramatically.
