What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2023 NFL Draft?
What makes me a top prospect is my top-end speed, I feel I can run with any receiver in the country, I can run past any cornerback and most of all I’m a very coachable player. I love to listen and learn as much as possible.
At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?
I was always interested in sports but football was the first sport I started playing at the age of 7, and been playing ever since.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
The one thing that NFL teams should know about me is I’m a hell of a return man and I’m willing to play anything recommended because I’m an athlete and adapt to things quickly.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
If I could donate to one cause on the earth it would be something dealing with the foster system, I believe everyone should have a place to feel loved and comfortable.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
The best advice I received is “know the company that you keep” and my pops tell me that all the time and I really lived up to it because I feel I have nothing but good people in my space.
Who was your childhood hero?
My childhood hero will forever be Spiderman I believe I turn into Spiderman myself when I’m on the field.
Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?
The most underrated teammate in my locker room would be Jaelin Campbell, he’s go up and getting it to type of receiver and I believe he will do great things in this upcoming year, with coach Kilough being head coach I’m pretty sure he recruited even more talent.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
My biggest pet peeve is complaining I hate a complainer if you gonna do the work, do it, and get it over with. I’m all about living life to the fullest.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
The hardest moment in my life isn’t a moment it’s more of an experience and it’s lived every day. Since I was young I have been judged for being too small for the sport of football, but I don’t treat it as adversity, I proven others wrong my whole life, so why not continue?
Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?
Something special about my school is it’s small and it’s much easier to create a close nit family type group. UIW was the only D1 school to take a chance on me, knowing the fact i was 1st team all-greater houston plus 1st all- state at Defensive back coming out of high school.
What is your favorite snack food?
My favorite snack food would cereal i can eat it at anytime of the day or night.
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?
The player I would compare myself to is Devin Hester, he’s always being my idol and i hope to one day live up to the reputation or even better who knows?
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?
The three people i would wanna have dinner with are, first my grandmother on my dad’s side I never actually met her before she passed and I just know she is everything and more. The second person would be Chris Brown so they and he can plan all our gigs and movies we could do together. The third person would be LeBron James because that is a guy I look up to as a man and how he carries himself through thick and thin is great and I know I could be that and more.
