Kyler Murray may miss half of the 2023 season while recovering from his injury
The Arizona Cardinals need Kyler Murray badly, and they may not get him back until mid-season.
After tearing his ACL last year, and having surgery the team does not want to rush him back. There have been many saying he will not be ready for week 1, but he could miss as much as half the season.
“My understanding is he is going to take his time and make sure this thing is 100 percent right,” according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com. “He is young. He’s got a long career. He’s not going to rush, so do not be surprised if we don’t see him to start the season or maybe even by the midway point. This injury has to heal perfectly.”
Murray struggled horrible last year, throwing for 2,368 yards and rushing for 418 yards scoring only 17 touchdowns.
