Aaron Donald says he is not planning to retire even though he scared everyone by changing his Twitter Bio
Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald shocked everyone when he took to Twitter to post “Former” NFL defensive lineman in his Twitter Bio.
It sent everyone into a panic thinking the All-Pro defensive lineman may retire.
Well, moments later Donald switched his profile back claiming he was still playing for the Rams.
Chris Long appeared on “The Season” podcast to say he felt Aaron Donald would return, and AD quickly responded to their video, saying he will be playing.
“Tell em C Lo [Chris Long] yeah I’m playn never said I wasn’t,” Donald wrote.
There’s a long history of players using their social media accounts to give vague hints that they’re considering retiring, or asking for a trade, or a new contract. But that is not the case according to Donald himself.
Donald is still under contract for 2023.
