What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

It kept me out of trouble and was also fun getting celebrated and enjoying everything when it comes to football.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

The small victorys. Also building unbreakable bonds with teammates and winning and enjoying relationships with people you meet in the game of football.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

The obstacles and proving people wrong that underestimated me.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who?

Marques Colston, he was a player for the Saints and also Chad Ochocinco.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

Definitely my mother, just the fact she’s hardworking and never shows a weakness and always motivating.

What is your favorite offensive scheme and why?

Fast paced offense that type of scheme and play action type of stuff like RPO’s.

What should we know about Mack Phoenix the person?

I’m just a really different type of guy in every aspect on and off the football field.

What stands out about your film the most?

Me getting downfield and catching the ball and my size being similar to Tyreek Hill makes me stand out. My route running and getting in and out of breaks efficiently.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I try not to overthink everything and just try to think of an outcome of me being successful.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A team would get a great vibe from me. I definitely can come in and set a new tone and be a team player on the football field.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

Being able to perfect a play within 4 seconds and the challenges and obstacles that are thrown at you in a certain amount of time.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Caleb Lapsley, he was a great all around football player and kind of reminded me of Christian McCaffrey.
