What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?
Growing up as a kid I always loved football. When I was in 5th grade my cousin who was playing for the Trojans at the time told me come play and after that I fell in love with the game.
What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?
I want to keep improving my game on and off the field so I can be the greatest at my position. One day I hope I make it to the NFL Hall Of Fame and I want to give back to my community so I can help change people’s lives.
If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?
I would want to hang out with Marshawn Lynch because I feel like I can relate to him and I want to learn everything he knows about football anything I can add to my game.
Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?
My mother inspires me the most because she has been through so much and still finds a way to keep going and keep a smile on her face. She motivates me a lot that’s why I’ll never stop chasing my dreams till she don’t have to work any more.
What are your favorite moments from your football life?
My favorite moments in my football life were when I won 2 championships back to back and I played a big role in both.
What is your favorite offensive scheme and why?
My favorite offensive scheme is the triple option because I like to keep the defense guessing don’t know who is getting the ball to set up the play action pass.
What should we know about Kevin Harris the person?
You should know that I would always give 110% effort with anything in life to achieve my goals and aspirations. I am a family first type of person because without them I wouldn’t have made it this far they keep me motivated. I feel like whatever I put my mind to I go get it no matter the obstacles I may have to face.
What stands out about your film the most?
I’m very versatile and I have good vision and foot work. My highlight tape will be dropping end of December.
How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?
I handle challenges in both life and on the football field by just keeping myself going and steady trying to push myself even when life hits me the hardest. I know I have a lot of people who are depending on me like my mom and close friends and I don’t want to let them down so that’s what keeps me motivated and helps me keep pushing through adversity.
What would a team get in a player like you?
That team would get a hard worker, dedicated and a consistent player. I will lay everything out there for my teammates and I will do whatever it takes to win.
What do you love the most about the game of football?
What I love most about the game of football is that it takes you places that you never thought you’d be and it can change your life. when you feel like you don’t have anybody you can always depend on football to be there for you to take your mind off of everything.
Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?
I feel like the most underrated player I’ve played with is my brother Sayvon he taught me a lot about the game of football but never got the chance to play on the next level because of his size and the environment we grew up in but that never stopped him. He played with heart on the field he is a born leader.
