What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

My dad has always been a little league coach and my mom and dad played sports collegiately and it’s just been something I’ve been doing for years and stuck with me over the years. I played baseball too but football stuck with me more.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

Keep God first and keeping relationships that I have and have intergrity.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

When I was in high school when I won 2 division and state championships.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

Dre Greenlaw, he was my homie and is now in San Francisco with the Niners.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My son, because it keeps my head straight and I want to be a good role model for him. I want the good to outweigh the bad.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

Honestly I’ll play in any defense, but a style I like alot is the 4-2-5 defense as the wheel linebacker with a 3 tech in the shade and I can get active.

What should we know about Dee Walker the person?

Hardworking, coachable, God fearing man, a family man, respectful, has integrity and is honest.

What stands out about your film the most?

Sideline to sideline speed, I’m an all around player but I love stopping the run and am a hard hitter.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I like to take a step back and add thoughts and pray about it, call my parents for advice and act on it.

What would a team get in a player like you?

Hardworking, always be coachable, eager to learn, go 110 percent and be respectful.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

The speed of the game and now safeties and linebackers have to be around the same size and run with wide receivers and tight ends.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Kader Kohou, he was at Texas A&M University-Commerce last year. He’s undersized and went undrafted and is now starting for the Dolphins.
