What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

Since I was a kid, I always wanted a ball in my hand. Started playing when I was 4 and always been in love with the game.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

Winning the Independence Bowl in 2019 against Miami. And going to Hawaii to win that bowl game as well!

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

Adrian Peterson. He’s always been my favorite player growing up. He has always been the workaholic type guy and he’s never satisfied. He stays hungry for more all the time that’s the people I like to be around.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

My main goal is making a 53 man roster and being able to provide for my family and win a Super Bowl!

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My mother, I just hate to see my mother working countless hours and very tired. That’s my motivation.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

Cover 2, I like to be able to get my eyes on the qb and read off of him and feel like I can roam real good from the hash to the sideline.

What should we know about BeeJay Williamson the person?

Christ is number 1 in my life.Very family oriented, I always want to be able to give back to my community in anyway possible!

How are you planning to prepare for the draft?

Doing my training right and following the plan I have layed out for me and staying to the course of what I am trying to do.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I take them head on. Whatever challenges that are in front of me I am going to accept it and thrive while doing it. I weigh my options and go with the best one to make me a better person on and off the field.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A guy who is willing to work all the time and is very coachable. A guy who can make adjustments on a fly. Also a guy who is a very good teammate and is always willing to help them out with anything even if it’s off the field.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

The grind, it takes my mind off the stuff that’s going on outside of football. I get to enjoy getting better while getting in it. It’s a joy.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

I say Myles Brooks, he’s always around the ball and makes a crazy amount of plays! In crunch time he will always rise to the challenge.
