Baker Mayfield will start for the Los Angeles Rams over the next four games. Sean McVay has seen enough, after Baker led the Rams to win after driving them 98 yards down the field.
McVay just named him the starter for the rest of the year.
“We’ll get John [Wolford] healthy and we’ll get a chance to, if he stays healthy, be able to see Baker start and lead the way for the last four games of the season,” McVay explained when talking about the team’s QB position the rest of the way, according to Sports Illustrated.
Baker finished the game with 230 passing yards and one touchdown. He finally looked like the first overall pick he was supposed to be. Baker looked amazing, it was great.
Are the Rams making the right decision? I think they are.
