Former New Mexico football player arrested for robbing postal worker at gunpoint

Rayshawn Boyce a former college football player at New Mexico was arrested for robbing a postal worker at gunpoint last month.
Last month three different postal workers were robbed in separate incidents, and Federal law enforcement officers arrested Rayshawn Boyce, a former UNM football player, for a Jan. 18 robbery. The other postal worker robberies are not believed to be connected.
According to KOB News, a mail carrier was working near the intersection of Domingo Road and Espanola Street when two men pulled him to the ground by the back of his shirt and demanded his keys as they pointed a gun at him.
He faces charges of robbery of a postal employee, theft of stolen or reproduced keys, and brandishing a firearm during a violent crime.
Boyce was arrested for beating up his teammate and his Ex-girlfriend back in 2018.
