Fantasy Duds: Week 3 NFL players that did not show up to play

We thought after week 3 of the National Football League it would be important to breakdown the top players at each position who forgot to show up in Fantasy Football. There were some insane football games in week 3, some that went down to the and some that had teams winning we did not expect. Let’s break down the top 5 fantasy duds of week 3.
Quarterback
Daniel Jones, QB, New York Giants – The Giants need more out of Daniel Jones. He finished the game 17/32 for 179 yards passing. The crazy thing is he did not account for any touchdowns and he also threw a pick and fumbled once. His performance was piss poor week 3, and the Giants need more from their second year quarterback.
Running Back
Leonard Fournette, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Fournette ran the ball 7 times for a lousy 15 yards. He also added two receptions for 7 yards. It was a lack luster day after having a solid week 2. I know many fans were hoping he would show up and show out again, but that did not happen.
Wide Receiver
Julian Edelman, WR, New England Patriots – The star Patriot wide receiver had maybe his worst game ever as a Patriot. He finished with 2 receptions for 23 yards and -1 yards rushing. Edelman is hurt badly by Cam Newton’s running attack, but the Patriots are winning.
Tight End
Chris Herndon, TE, New York Jets – I was going to give this to Evan Engram, but both the New York tight ends sucked. Herndon had 3 receptions for just 21 yards. The Jets need to get him the ball more if they want to win. The Jets don’t seem like they want to win though to be honest.
Defense
Las Vegas Raiders – The Raiders defense has to step up. This week against the Patriots they just did not do enough. They finished with 1 interception and 2 sacks. They allowed Cam to shred them and put up 36 points on them after having a huge game against the Saints the week before.
