Draft Diamonds Free Agent Interview: Quintin Privott, Defensive Lineman

Hello I am @jrberendzen on Twitter and this is one of my free agent interviews where I ask very deserving free agents questions about the players themselves and about what a team would get in these players. All of these players should get picked up by NFL and CFL teams and get a shot at being a career football player. So I hope you all read this interview and follow Quintin’s journey. 1. What is your favorite dinner?

I would have to go fried chicken, mac and cheese, and collard greens. 

2. What is your mindset when on the football field?

Straight business. On the sidelines during the games or practices, a little fun is encouraged. You have to enjoy what you do, especially what you’re doing for a living but in between the whistle I get this mindset that I’m relentless, hungry and unbeatable. 

3.What do you do for fun?

I like to game a little, I’m an Xbox guy. But also in times of normalcy,  I love going to the movies, going out to eat ,hanging with friends. 

4. Who do you model your game after?

When I was smaller and in college I was doing my best Aaron Donald impression at 280 LB’s. But with being 320 I’ve been watching alot of Michael Pierce film and tend to model my game after him and Damon “Snacks” Harrison. 

5. Who is your favorite musical artist?

Drake

6. If you could live anywhere in the world where and why?

I love where I live now to be honest. Pensacola, Florida is a beautiful place. I just miss my guys up in Massachusetts,  they’re brothers to me. 

7. What is your favorite tv show?

I have a few shows, but I would have to say my absolute favorite tv show would have been “Friday Night Lights” or “How I Met Your Mother “

8. If you were on a game show and won 100 thousand dollars what would you do with it?

I would make sure to take care of my mother and whatever I don’t use I would put in my savings. 

9.Who is your favorite superhero?

This is a tough one. For Marvel have to go with the Hulk and DC Superman.

10. What would a team get in a player like you?

A team would get somebody who’s focused and dedicated to getting better and improving daily on the field. They would get someone who would work tirelessly and who’s work ethic is second to none. As far as off the field goes my character has never been in question, I tend not to be in places that can put me in a bad situation, for the most part I’m a homebody. 

11.What is your favorite movie?

Friday Night Lights 

12. If you were an animal which animal would you be and why?

I would be a silver back gorilla because of their strength, size and savage nature.
