XFL Attendance Week 2 Report: 14,979 LA Wildcats fans show up to support their new team
The Los Angeles Wildcats needed to rebound after a disatrous first week of football in the XFL. They fired their defensive coordinator Pepper Johnson then traded their defensive captain to the DC Defenders in Anthony Johnson.
The Wildcats will hope to get a huge boost from Bradley Sylve the former Alabama standout cornerback who was sent to LA for Anthony Johnson.
The Wildcats will take on Landry Jones and the Dallas Renegades. This is their first home game, and this week already the XFL’s attendance was looking pretty solid. After two games the XFL had 44,203 fans in attendance, and you can add another 14,979.
The Wildcats fans came out to support their team, and with a big showing from the Roughnecks later on the XFL could surpass their week 1 totals for fans at a game.
