XFL Attendance in week 2 is on pace to surpass week 1
Last week, the XFL had 69,818 fans in attendance and after the first two games of week 2, the XFL will likely surpass their week 1 totals thanks to Seattle.
The Seattle Dragons had a great turnout today at Century Link Field surpassing week 1’s totals by 12k. The Seattle Dragons are in the lead with the largest attendance so far at any XFL game landing 29,172 fans at their first game. The DC Defenders added another 15,031 fans to their total bringing week 2’s attendance up to 44,203 fans.
Tomorrow the Houston Roughnecks will hold their second home game which last week posted 17,815 fans at attendance while the LA Wildcats will host their first home game. If both of them can combine for 25,615 fans they will surpass their week one totals. All they would have to do is average 12,808 fans and they will surpass it. I am willing to say the XFL will pass their week 1 totals. Here are the week 1 totals below!
St. Louis Battlehawks v. Dallas Renegades – 17,206
Tampa Bay Vipers v. New York Guardians – 17,634
Houston Roughnecks v. LA Wildcats– 17,815
Seattle Dragons v. DC Defenders – 17,163
