St. Louis Battlehawks

The Battlehawks are going to have Jordan Ta’amu at QB who may slip up he’s going to have to prove himself.  RB’s Christine Michael and Matt Jones will be huge for the Battlehawks  if they successfully run and catch the ball. At WR the Battlehawks have De’Mornay Pierson El , Keith Mumphery and Alonzo Russell. Then at TE the Battlehawks have Cole Hunt and Wes Saxton who are both good targets. Offensive Lineman to watch is Brian Folkerts who has been in the NFL before. On the Defensive Line the Battlehawks will have Casey Sayles and Andrew Ankrah who both were in the AAF and have a good ability to get to the QB. At linebacker the Battlehawks have Terrance Garvin who did really well with the AAF Apollos. The Secondary has newly acquired Robert Nelson, D’montre Wade who was in the NFL with KC , David Rivers, Dexter McCoil and Kenny Robinson who decided to stop playing in college and go to the XFL and will be draft eligible this upcoming NFL Draft.

If Jordan Ta’amu plays well and the Secondary holds up this team goes places

DC Defenders

QB Cardale Jones leads the Defenders to a high powered offense with  RB Jhurell Pressley who was awesome with the AAF Hotshots ,RB Donnel Pumphrey who will also have a huge role and Nick Brossette will also add something at RB. At WR the Defenders have trade addition WR Rashad Ross who was also a AAF Hotshots player and Former Pittsburgh Steelers player Eli Rogers both are going to be threats along with waiver pickups Jalen Rowell and Simmie Cobbs. At Te the Defenders have Donnie Ernsberger and Khari Lee as Tight Ends of interest. Offensive Lineman to watch is Malcolm Bunche who was on the Redskins Practice Squad a couple weeks before the Supplemental draft. On the Dline the Defenders have Tavaris Barnes, Sam Montgomery and Tracy Sprinkle as the guys that standout to me. At Lb the Defenders have Scooby Wright who has been on the Patriots practice squad, and AJ Tarpley who was on the AAF Fleet. The Secondary is led by Tyree Kinnel, Desmond Lawrence who has NFL experience, Matt Elam also has NFL experience , Carlos Merritt who was with the AAF Legends and Shamarko Thomas.

All the Defenders questions are on the defense side of the ball and if the defense does well watch out.

Seattle Dragons

Brandon Silvers leads the Dragons at the QB spot where they may also use BJ Daniels too in a loaded offense. They have a three headed monster at RB with Kenneth Farrow who was with the AAF Commanders and the Dolphins this past  NFL training camp along with another RB who was also a AAF Commanders player in Trey Williams and Ja’Quan Gardner who was awesome with the AAF Fleet. At WR they have Austin Proehl(Son of Former Rams WR Ricky Proehl) , Keenan Reynolds , Mikah Holder and Kasen Williams  I think this WR group is Formidable . At Te the Dragons have the best group with Collin Jeter, former AAF Fleet player Ben Johnson, and 2 former AAF Commanders in Cam Clear and Evan Rodriguez. The Dragons offensive lineman to watch is OT Michael Dunn who was huge with the AAF Birmingham Iron. On the Defensive Line the Dragons have Anthony Johnson Sr., Marcell Frazier, Will Sutton who probably will have the biggest presence and Jacquies Smith. In the Linebacker core Nick Temple and Steven Johnson will both be solid. And in the Secondary the Dragons have stud cornerback Channing Stribling and at Safety Jordan Martin and Tyson Graham all of these DBs were in the AAF and I think they all will play well for the Dragons

I don’t see a single problem with the Dragons besides the fact that they need a Kicker in part because they have BJ Daniels as backup and maybe that WRs need to catch balls.

NY Guardians

I expect the Guardians to be pretty good on offense with Matt Mcgloin at QB. They also have a three headed monster at RB with former AAF Hotshots RBs Tim Cook, and Justin Stockton and also have RB Darius Victor who I think is there most dangerous RB. At Wr the Guardians have WR Mekale McKay  who is I bigtime threat if he gets open WR Teo Redding will also play a big part as some else will need to draw attention away from McKay. The Guardians have a decent te group led by TE Jake Sutherland. Offensive Lineman to watch Ian Silberman who was on the Cardinals practice squad for a short time. On the defensive line the Guardians have Joey Mbu who was with the AAF Commanders and was with the Dolphins this past training camp, TJ Barnes who was with the AAF Legends and also was with the Panthers for a short time this past offseason and Toby Johnson. At LB the Guardians have Nick Deluca, Ben Heeney and Ryan Mueller who was in the AAF with the Fleet. In the Secondary the Guardians are led by Jamar Summers who was awesome with the AAF Iron and was with the Lions and Dolphins at various times this past offseason, also have Bryce Jones and Dejuan Neal who have been on NFL team experience.

The Guardians look really good if others guys can get open besides McKay the offense is in business and on defense can the LBs take care of things if those things happen Guardians have a good chance

Dallas Renegades

With QB Landry Jones getting injured it’s unclear if he’s will be able to start the season as the Renegades Starting QB  Phillip Nelson is the backup and was okay in the Scrimmages. Cameron Artis-Payne a former Carolina Panthers player will be a key RB for the Renegades. At WR the Renegades have 3 decent receivers in Jazz Ferguson, Jeff Badet and Freddie Martino. The Renegades have 3 monster tes in Donald Parham who has been in the NFL , Sean Price who was with the Apollos and Julian Allen. Offensive Lineman to watch for the Renegades is Salesi Uhatafe who was with NFL teams in the offseason and preseason. At Defensive Line the Renegades have Winston Craig who was with the AAF Commanders and was with the Steelers until preseason ended this past offseason, Frank Alexander also a name to watch and Tomasi Laulile who have NFL experience. They also have Hau’oli Kikaha would should be a player in the pass rush. At Linebacker the Renegades have Reshard Cliett who was recently on the Vikings practice squad and also Christian Kuntz and Greer Martini are a part of the LB Core. In the secondary the Renegades have Treston Decoud who has NFL experience and Derron Smith who was a star in the AAF with the Commanders.

Renegades QB needs to be good and the defense needs to get the job done if that happens Renegades will get a great opportunity.

Houston Roughnecks

The Roughnecks are going to have a quirky offense under June Jones that will involve no tes. But while it is weird it could be successful. It’s unclear wether Phillip Walker or Connor Cook start (it looks like Cook though) but they will have weapons. At RB the key guys are DeAngelo Henderson and Andre Williams. The Roughnecks have some speed at wr with Khalil Lewis , Sam Mobley and Ray Bolden and have a decent target in Sammie Coates. Offensive Lineman to watch is Demetrius Rhaney who has been with the Rams and Bills for short periods of time. On the Defensive Line the Roughnecks have Kony Early as there best pass rusher along with Walter Palmore ,and Gabe Wright who has NFL experience. At Lb the Roughnecks have to guys who were awesome in the AAF Demarquis Gates and Beniquez Brown. At Defensive Back the Roughnecks have Cody Brown and Deji Olatoye who were in the AAF and Trae Elston and Charles James who will also star in Houston’s secondary.

Roughnecks only have 2 questions can the QB make passes and  can they get pressure on opposing QBs get that done looking good

Tampa Bay Vipers

The Vipers led by former AAF Legends QB Aaron Murray who has to play decent for them to be good. RB Jacques Patrick leads the RB core. At receiver the Vipers have Reece Horn and Seantavius Jones who were in the AAF to go along with Antonio Callaway if he’s healthy for a decent receiving core. At Te it’s the Nick Truesdell show basically. Offensive Lineman to watch is Jordan McCray who was with the AAF Apollos. The Defensive line is led by CeCe Jefferson and Ricky Walker. The LB Core is led by former AAF Iron player Ike Spearman, and Lucas Wacha. In the secondary Jalen Collins , Rannell Hall who was an AAF Apollo and Tarvarus McFadden who has NFL experience lead the way.

Can Murray make good be throws and can the defense play well if those happen it could be Vipers.

LA Wildcats

After the Luis Perez trade Josh Johnson will be the starter for the Wildcats. Larry Rose and Elijah Hood will be factors in the Wildcats running game. After the Rashad Ross trade WR  Nelson Spruce and WR  Tre McBride who they got back will be the targets at receiver. And at TE it’s going to be the Brandon Barnes show. Offensive Lineman to watch is Storm Norton who will be a huge part of this wildcats oline. The defensive line is awesome with Montori Hughes who has NFL experience and Roderick Henderson. The Linebacking core is led by Taiwan Jones who has NFL experience and Anthony Johnson who was with the AAF Express. In the secondary they have  Arrion Springs who was acquired in a trade and Jack Tocho who was with the AAF Iron
The Secondary is the only problem for the Wildcats besides te depth if the secondary holds Wildcats do well

On paper I think the Dragons get the title most complete team now that just a prediction.
