Thomas Davis wins PFWA’s “Good Guy” Award for being pleasant to media
Thomas Davis is an all around wonderful person, and today he was rewarded by the Pro Football Writers of America when he was given the Good Guy Award.
The Good Guy Award is given to a NFL player for his qualities and professional style in helping pro football writers do their jobs. The award was first given by the PFWA in 2005.
”Davis tackles questions the same way he does ball carriers – direct and to the point,” said Joe Person, who covers the Panthers for the Charlotte Observer.”
Hard not to root for Davis, he seems like a great football player and an even better person.
