Dri Archer fails to report to Bills camp after getting claimed off waivers

The Buffalo Bills were excited about landing former Pittsburgh Steelers draft pick Dri Archer because he is one of the fastest players in the NFL. Well, I guess the feelings were not mutual.
According to Vic Carucci, the Bills placed Dri Archer on the reserve/did not report list after he failed to show up for OTA’s. The Bills are now at 89 players on their roster.
