Cal Golden Bears land former Texas Tech quarterback Davis Webb
According to Fox Sports’ Bruce Feldman, Former Texas Tech starter Davis Webb is transferring to Cal. As a graduate student he will be immediately eligible for 2016.
Webb is a strong-armed quarterback that stands 6-5, 220 pounder who can distribute the ball. Webb had 46 TDs against 22 INTs for his career at Tech.
