#Bills are hosting veteran lineman Matt Slauson for a visit today

The Buffalo Bills are hosting veteran lineman Matt Slauson for a visit today according to their team website. Slauson is a 30 year old veteran offensive lineman that has played guard for most of his NFL career. The Bills have some solid players at the guard position in Richie Incognito and John Miller their former 3rd round pick. The Bills may be looking to bring in some competition for their right tackle position. Slauson is a 6’5, 320 pound offensive lineman with experience in Rex Ryan’s system.
Slauson was just released by the Chicago Bears earlier in the week. The six-year veteran played for Chicago over the last three seasons primarily at left guard. Slauson does have good familiarity with Bills head coach Rex Ryan. He played for Ryan his first three seasons in the NFL with the New York Jets.
Slauson worked out with the Chargers as well but left the facility without a visit. This is the second day that Slauson has been in Buffalo.
