Raiders LB Sio Moore apologized for his excessive celebration
The Oakland Raiders had not won a game in 16 consecutive games, and last night if it was not for Justin Tuck and his veteran presence to call a time out the Raiders might not have won. Sio Moore and rookie Khalil Mack were both celebrating after a huge 3rd down sack, and were still celebrating when the Chiefs attempted to snap the ball. Thankfully, Justin Tuck called timeout with seconds to go, because the Raiders would have given up a huge penalty to the Chiefs. Well today, even though the Raiders won Sio Moore apologized for his celebration.
“I was so caught in the moment, that was an error I’ve got to make sure I clean up,” Moore said. “In another situation, in all seriousness, that can make the difference, and I’ve got to understand that. I do apologize for putting the guys in that situation because that could come up in another situation later. I can’t let my emotions get the best of me.”
