Cardinals will likely start Drew Stanton this week
Arizona’s second-string quarterback Drew Stanton has been cleared through the league’s concussion protocol, according to Mike Jurecki of FOX Sports 910.
This is huge news for the Cardinals who were expecting to start Logan Thomas their draft pick if Stanton was not cleared. Stanton gives the team a much better chance to win against the Redskins this week.
I still like the Redskins to steal a win against the Cardinals, but it will be a much closer game with Stanton starting.
