Browns sign WR Andrew Hawkins to a four year offer sheet
Andrew Hawkins is going to be a very hot commodity this year, because many teams lack a true slot wide receiver. Hawkins is a very solid wide out with great hands and speed and the Bengals were hoping to keep him at a very cheap rate, but that restricted free agent deal he signed might have been a problem.
The Bengals signed Hawkins to a very low offer sheet, and their is no compensation the Browns would have to give the Bengals if they fail to match the offer. It will be interesting to see what the Bengals do, but they have 10 days to match the offer.
