Where do you play college football?

Jackson State University 

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

Giving my time to the community visiting the veterans and children hospitals 

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Algebra 2 & Trigonometry

Where are you from?

Jackson, Mississippi 

Who is your role model, and why?

My mom, she don’t make excuses, she finds the problem and solve no other way around it. The fire in her is what keeps me going and that’s something that will not go out, everyone that knows her tell me all the time that she’s a angel. I’m forever grateful to be her son 

Did you play any other sports growing up?

Basketball baseball track and field 

Did you play any other positions in football?

No

TeddrickAt your position, what separates you from others?

My versatility to go from sideline to sideline as a linebacker to putting my hand in the dirt and sacking the quarterback 

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

I break it down by positions lineman, backfield, wideouts. First find their best lineman typical the lineman involved in their favorite run plays, find small keys to determine if they are running or passing. Next the backfield to see if the qb stares down his target, does he runs, and what down/distance does he take over if he’s the guy. Last the wideouts/te to determine the route combination or any body language to determine the play

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

Terron Armstead OT for the New Orleans Saints

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Clay Matthews, no matter where they put him, he making plays and it’s also hard for team to keep up where he at 

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

February 2015, I lost a brother that hit me deep in my heart and even though he’ll forever be in my heart, it showed me how quick your physical life can end

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

Talk and pray to God, meditate about my life, and listen to music 

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

Show that you can complete with anyone and what you have to offer that others don’t 

What is your biggest strength?

Being mentally smart in the game and my will to complete my assignment and beyond 

What is your biggest weakness?

I’m my own worst critic, any mistake I make I’m certain not to repeat it 

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

I want the opportunity to show you how great I am and how great I can make your team be 

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

My favorite player was Ray Lewis and team is the Cowboys 

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

My Grandfather, Deacon Jones, and Charles Haley 

With your first NFL paycheck what would you buy?

Nothing particularly but I’m make sure my son and mom is well taken care of first and later give back to my high school and college
