Where do you play college football?

South Dakota State

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

I have went to the poorest city in America and did camps with FCA. 

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

College Algebra 

Where are you from?

Omaha, NE

Who is your role model, and why?

My Mom is my role model because she has overcome a lot in life and right now she’s battling lupus and that’s a big obstacle in her life but she is just strong lady and I’ve learned so much from her.

Did you play any other sports growing up?

Played Basketball and ran Track

Did you play any other positions in football?

I played Strong Safety and TE in HS

At your position, what separates you from others?

I have strong hands and I’m physical which creates good blocks.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

I look for the little things such as a corners alignment to a certain personnel or how good is there back peddle. Etc

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

I have faced some good players but none that really stand out. I would say Deondre Hall from UNI he was pretty good. 

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

I would compare myself to Anquan Boldin or Plexico Burress because I am a possession WR with strong hands.

Larves Jones1What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

My parents split up and I moved with my Mom to Omaha which messed me up because I was a daddies boy and I was basically away from him for two years barely being able to see or talk to him. I overcame those two years by playing football and visiting him every now and then, and then he eventually ended up moving to Omaha. 

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

I go to the end zone and get on one knee right in front of the crowd and just thank GOD for the opportunity.

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

Play with a chip on my shoulder but far as size I’m as bigger then most big school WR’s. Coaching is probably different I don’t know as much an FBS wide receiver does.

What is your biggest strength?

I’m physical

What is your biggest weakness?

My vertical game.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

I would say I have overcome a lot in my life and I feel like I belong here in the NFL.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Fav. Brandon Marshall/Jerry Rice and fav. Team Tennessee Titans.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

My Grandpa I never got to meet, Jesus, Ray Lewis. 

With your first NFL paycheck what would you buy?

Probably wouldn’t buy nothing honestly, save it. If I did I would give 10% to the church and get something that is needed.
