Furman University
Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?
Participated for two years in family fitness night at Paris Elementary in Greenville
What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?
Finance
Where are you from?
Ellenwood, Ga. East of Atlanta
Who is your role model, and why?
My dad is my role model because he is hardworking, selfless, and honest whether I like it or not. He’s a great example for me and my brother of what it means to be a man.
Did you play any other sports growing up?
Growing up I played basketball, baseball, and ran track as well.
Did you play any other positions in football?
I played cornerback and a little running back in high school
At your position, what separates you from others?
My combination of size and speed and toughness separates me from others.
When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?
When looking at film I look for the type of leverage and techniques the DB uses. As well as certain tendencies to identify coverages quicker

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
I’d say AJ Green. We have similar body types as far as being very long and are very smooth runners and catch the ball well.
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
I was born with a heart murmur and had restrictions as far as playing sports when I was younger but I never quit and now I play with no restrictions at all.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
The only ritual I have is that the last song I listen to before I go out to play is Chosen One by Future
As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?
Coming from a small school I have to prove that I can play with players from the bigger schools and that my techniques and fundamentals at the receiver position are correct.
What is your biggest strength?
My biggest strengths are my speed and hands
What is your biggest weakness?
Something I could work on is route running, you can always improve on that.
If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?
I would say that I’m a receiver that not only would help you in the pass game but also the run game. I’m not afraid to block or go across the middle.
Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?
My favorite player was Michael Vick and team Atl Falcons
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?
If I could have dinner with 3 people I would say my grandmother who passed away my freshman year in college, motivational speaker Eric Thomas, and my younger brother Terrance Snellings.
What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?
First thing I would buy is my mom the car she has always wanted, a BMW.
