Where do you play college football?

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

Going back to my local elementary school and giving a child a bike who has good grades and hasn’t been in trouble. 

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Who is your role model, and why? 

My mom and dad because they are just always there for me

At your position, what separates you from others? 

I feel like I am very versatile I can do a lot of things such as blitz off the edge well drop off and zone and play man.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

For the position I play I look the tackles intentions what do they do how can I beat them blitzing and anything on the QB and RB that will help me defend them.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced? 

In high school a guy named Spencer Ware dude was a animal!

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why? 

I really can’t think of anyone off they top of my head.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

Sitting out of football for a year and a half. Just kept my hope and faith and it all worked out.

Do you have any pre-game rituals? 

No

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

Everything honestly because sometimes they don’t consider us big time ball. We are Marshall is a power house, we play big time ball here we have played against a lot of big time teams and won.

What is your biggest strength?

 Speed and Aggressiveness

What is your biggest weakness? 

Having small doubts in my mind about things.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

Hi my name is DJ Hunter I play at Marshall University and if you give me a chance your taking a chance on a player that’s going to go hard every single day and wants to help the team in any way possible!

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Sean Taylor and The Chargers Because of L.T.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose? 

Sean Taylor Bill Gates and God
