Gave the shoes off my feet to the homeless

Who is your role model, and why? 

My late Great Grandma Nannie had to be the role model, she was big Momma and she knew how to keep things in order

Basketball

Stand up Defensive End, MLB, RB, WR, TE, Safety

At your position, what separates you from others? 

I believe that I’m a dual threat in the slot, covering and inserting in the run game

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

The tendencies of the players and alignments in formations

Who was the toughest player you ever faced? 

Nick Mayers Old Dominion

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why? 

Tyrann Mathieu, when I see him make plays on Sunday’s I see myself. The intangible player that every defensive coordinator dreams of.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it? 

Success without recognition in terms of a scholarship, kept grinding and networking pushing my name thru to whoever would listen.

Do you have any pre-game rituals? 

Scream out “Hard Body” to remind myself that pain is temporary

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

I feel like everything is against me. There is always doubt about coming from a small school, because you have less respect as a ball player.

What is your biggest strength? 

My knowledge and awareness

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

I would first thank the General Manager for taking the time out of his busy schedule to meet with me.  I know time is money, so I would be very upfront and straight forward with him.  I would tell him that signing me would be a great move for the organization, because I am a rare breed and play a scarce position in the league.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up? 

Deion Sanders

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose? 

GG Nannie, Aunt Terri , Great Uncle Ty
