Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

It would definitely have to be training and teaching local youth back home more about the game and how to better themselves at their own position.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

History

Where are you from?

Clermont, FL.

Who is your role model, and why?

Steph Curry because of how his faith directly correlates to the court. He also lives a very positive lifestyle. You don’t see him out in the world bringing shame to his families name.

Did you play any other sports growing up?

Basketball and Track.

Did you play any other positions in football?

I’ve pretty much played all of them. When I was younger I wasn’t the smallest kid in the bunch, but in high school, I played WR/CB on varsity.

At your position, what separates you from others?

Knowledge of the game and how to move to get open. I also have good size and speed, as well as a good jumping ability, which all help me at my position.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

How aggressive is the corner, how fast he gets out of his back pedal, and what leverage he tends to play. Also, where the safeties like to play and the teams favorite coverage for certain downs and distances.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

J.J. Wilcox

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Julio Jones, because of his quickness off the line of scrimmage and size.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

My biggest obstacle in life was/is not letting my environment determine my work ethic. It was overcame by working even harder.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

Yes, meditating and visualizing success on the field.

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

Showing that my skills and work ethic at a small school, will translate to the N.F.L. level.

What is your biggest strength?

Fast learner.

What is your biggest weakness?

Food.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

You’re getting someone you won’t have to worry about off the field. I will give the team maximum effort and will be better and better on a daily basis. The passion I have been able to have for this sport is one that I believe should be expressed at the highest level of football. I can compete and win against anyone…simple as that.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Denver Broncos and Andre Johnson.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

Harriet Tubman, John Brown (Arizona Cardinals), and Kevin Hart. Also, Bill Gates if we can pull a chair up.

With your first NFL paycheck what would you buy?

My father another work truck.
