Cleveland Browns are signing quarterback Pat Devlin
Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that the Browns will sign former Dolphin Pat Devlin, pending a physical. Johnny Manziel is dealing with an elbow injury, so this will allow the Browns to rest him.

Devlin, 27, signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Delaware back in 2011. He served as the Dolphins’ third-string quarterback last season, backing up Ryan Tannehill and Matt Moore.
