Stefon Diggs Has a Really Freaky Lawsuit against him right now with a Male over alleged sexual assault

Today, Darez Diggs the brother of Stefon Diggs reached a settlement in a lawsuit filed by Christopher Griffith, who accused him of assault and intimidation in connection with an alleged incident in 2023.
According to court documents obtained, Griffith agreed to dismiss his $10 million lawsuit against Darez Diggs and a Los Angeles apartment complex. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
In the now-settled lawsuit, Griffith alleged that he was attacked by Darez Diggs and several other individuals on May 29, 2023, and claimed that more than $100,000 worth of personal property was stolen during the incident.
A separate lawsuit filed by Griffith against NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs remains pending, which is pretty freaky.
In that complaint, Griffith alleges he was visiting Stefon Diggs’ home when he was unknowingly drugged. He further claims that Diggs exposed himself, masturbated in his presence, and made unwanted sexual advances, including attempting to kiss him and placing his tongue in Griffith’s ear while inviting him to come to his bedroom.
Griffith also alleges that after rejecting those advances, he was confronted by Darez Diggs and two women, who allegedly threatened him if he disclosed what had occurred. According to the lawsuit, Griffith claims he was stripped of his clothing, placed in a vehicle, and taken to the airport. He further alleges that approximately one week later, Darez Diggs and several others assaulted him outside an elevator at his apartment building.
Stefon Diggs and Darez Diggs have denied all allegations of wrongdoing. The brothers have also filed a counterclaim against Griffith, alleging defamation.
The lawsuit against Stefon Diggs remains ongoing, while the claims against Darez Diggs have now been resolved through a confidential settlement.
