A former Jackson County Central football standout and U.S. Navy service member was tragically killed following a domestic-related stabbing in Norfolk, Virginia, early Saturday morning.

According to the Norfolk Police Department, officers responded to a home in the 400 block of East Little Creek Road at approximately 12:55 a.m. on July 18 after receiving reports of a stabbing. When officers arrived, they found 19-year-old Ronqueall Kyle suffering from a life-threatening stab wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Following an investigation, detectives arrested 19-year-old Krishauna A. Allen, charging her with second-degree murder. Allen was taken into custody at the scene and is currently being held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond. Police have described the incident as domestic-related.

Kyle was a 2025 graduate of Jackson County Central High School, where he helped lead the Huskies to a state football championship. After graduation, he joined the United States Navy, beginning a new chapter of service to his country.

Kyle’s death has left family, friends, former teammates, and the Jackson County community mourning the loss of a young man whose life was just beginning.

The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with additional information is encouraged to contact the Norfolk Police Department.
