Three Teams Who Should Call the Bengals for LB Logan Wilson

Before the New York Jets beat the Cincinnati Bengals in week 8, the Bengals made a move that could be a message. The Bengals called up Joe Giles-Harris from their practice squad. Wilson requested a trade earlier this week, after being benched for a rookie. The player who was named the starter at the beginning of the year, and a captain lost his spot by week 5. It is pretty strange, but let’s look at a few teams who I could see pulling the trigger to get the former Wyoming Cowboy.
Indianapolis Colts – The Colts are the best team in football right now and joining his former defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo knows Wilson very well. The Colts have been amazing this year especially on defense, but adding a guy like Logan Wilson could be a statement move. The Colts make a ton of sense and if the price is right, I am not sure why they would balk at the deal.
Buffalo Bills – Bills should be in on the Logan Wilson trade. Why? Matt Milano and Terrell Bernard are always hurt. Shaq Thompson has been a great addition and Dorian Williams has been able to come in and spell for injuries, but their depth is so bad. The Bills could use a linebacker who is healthy and can help on this run. Add in the fact that Logan Wilson and Josh Allen are best friends, this move makes sense to me. I guess I would ask does the price make sense?
San Francisco 49ers – The Niners lost Nick Bosa and Fred Warner, and if they are serious about a playoff push they could use a linebacker. Wilson is a smart linebacker and he is super reliable. I feel the 49ers can use Logan Wilson and if they are smart they will pull the trigger. I am not sure of his price tag, but they could use him right now.
