Kentucky Teen Football Player Killed in a Golf Cart Crash

Dawson Rapp a 13-year-old football player was killed in a golf cart accident earlier this week. Dawson leaves behind his father and mother, five siblings, and paternal grandparents.
According to police reports, the 13-year-old was riding in a golf cart with a 15-year-old girl when it went off the road and flipped over.
Rapp was rushed to the hospital but would later pass away.
The 7th grader from Lincoln County Middle School was a fun-loving person who loved sports, and video games. The school released this statement:
“We are deeply saddened to share that our school community has suffered a heartbreaking loss with the passing of one of our 7th-grade students, Dawson Rapp, following a tragic accident over the weekend,” the statement said. “Our thoughts and sincere condolences are with Dawson’s family, friends, and everyone affected by this loss.”
