Disturbing Video Shows HBCU Football Player Choking his girlfriend out cold and dragging her
The incident involving football player Quaydarius Davis and his ex-girlfriend Ja’Yunna Monae reportedly occurred following their breakup. According to posts on X, Ja’Yunna Monae initiated the breakup due to “red flags” in the relationship.
Alleged video footage captured by neighbors’ cameras shows Davis assaulting Monae, restricting her breathing to the point of unconsciousness, and then dragging her to the side.
Monae later stated she called the police, intends to press charges, and has no plans to reconcile. The incident has drawn significant attention due to its severity and Davis’ status as a former 4-star wide receiver who played at Jackson State, Texas Southern, and Southern!
No official police or court records have been detailed in recent reports to confirm the status of charges or investigations as of April 12, 2025.
