University of Central Oklahoma football coach Adam Dorrel was arrested for DUI

Head football coach at the University of Central Oklahoma, Adam Dorrel was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of DUI, according to police.
In a statement Monday, The University of Central Oklahoma said they’re assisting the coach in the process.
Police responded to a 911 call, stating that Dorrel swerved across all lanes, in front of all cars, swerved again, and jumped the curb. He was driving on the sidewalks and just slammed on the brakes. This happened on Thursday, just after 5 p.m.
Police pulled him over, and you can see the bodycam below.
Dorrel finished his fourth season as head football coach at Central Oklahoma in 2024. He was also named the 14th head coach of the historic program in December 2021, according to UCO athletics.
