Scary Timeline of Domestic Violence Allegations by Tia Jones Against Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy

Tia Jones was the fiancé of Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy. Last week the Police in Texas arrested Worthy and charged him with domestic violence, but police quickly came out and dropped the charges. The police released Worthy, but the allegations from Jones are pretty wild. She breaks down all the incidents, and you can see the timeline below:

October 2024 Incident

Jones stated that the first incident occurred in October 2024, following a quarrel over comments Worthy’s mother had made to her. According to Jones:

“He pushed me to the ground with two hands.”

Jones added that Worthy apologized shortly after the incident.

December 2024 Incident (Christmas Time)

Jones claimed that around Christmas, after an argument about Worthy’s alleged infidelity, he picked her up, slammed her on a bed, and began choking her. Jones recalled:

“He knew about my history of abuse in past relationships, so I was horrified that he would do that. I told him to never do that again.”

She stated that her plea angered Worthy further:

“He then charged at me and threw me on the ground.”

Jones said she sustained a bloody and swollen toe in the altercation and left Worthy’s apartment. Upon her return later that day, they discussed the matter, and Jones stated that Worthy apologized once again.

Early 2025 Incident (Kansas City Residence)

Jones reported that during a dispute inside a closet in one of Worthy’s Kansas City residence rooms:

“He got tired of what I had to say, grabbed my throat with his left hand and squeezed it, shook me, and threw my head back.”

She described the aftermath:

“My head jerked forward, and I hit my face on the closet door, chipping my bottom tooth. It hurt really bad.”

Valentine’s Day 2025 Incident

Jones stated that on or around Valentine’s Day, after another argument about Worthy’s infidelity and his request for her to leave their home, Worthy became violent again. According to Jones:

“He got very upset with me, grabbed my throat with two hands and squeezed, shook me, and pushed me away. He then walked away, and I just cried.”

March 7, 2025 Incident (Final Incident)

Jones described the final and most violent incident, which occurred on March 7, 2025, ultimately resulting in Worthy’s arrest. She claimed it began when Worthy became upset because she “did not give him and his new dog enough attention the night before” after her long day of practice. During the confrontation, Jones admitted she called him “a bitch,” which prompted Worthy to react violently:

“He flipped out.”

She further stated:

“He picked me up and slammed my body against our home’s walls — all while yelling ‘get out, get the f*** out.'”

Jones claimed she managed to break free by pulling his hair, but Worthy pursued her:

“He grabs me by my throat, lifts me off the ground, and slams me on the floor.”

Worthy’s attorney’s claim Jones is making these stories up, but she continues to pursue charges, and if they are true, she should.
