Georgia Strikes Again: UGA Football Player Crashed His Car into Apartment Complex (Photo)
Georgia offensive lineman Marques Easley was suspended by the football team after an arrest for driving-related charges.
Easley becomes the 10th player arrested since January of 2023 on driving related arrests.
Easley was one of a pair of Georgia football stars suspended indefinitely by head coach Kirby Smart on Thursday, alongside NiTareon ‘Nitro’ Tuggle.
Per the Police Report, Easley’s incident took place Monday night in Watkinsville, Georgia, about 20 minutes from campus. According to the report, the offensive lineman’s white Dodge Challenger reportedly lost control and left the roadway, where it hit a power distribution box. Easley also struck two other cars while it spun out of control crashing into a house.
The white car is nearly in the front door of an apartment building, a few feet away from its front step.
Georgia has a big problem and they need to find a way to address it quickly.
