What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

I knew I wanted to play football ever since I was a kid. I started playing at the age of 5. I remember watching the Seahawks versus Steelers Super Bowl in 2006 and right then I knew what I wanted to be.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My favorite moments in my football life would be etching my name in history at Kilgore college winning conference and bowl game. In addition, being the 2nd leading rusher nationally after transferring to NSU in my first season. Also rushed for 200+ yrs in multiple games. Lastly I would say the trips with our teams and embracing the brotherhood.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

To be able to build off the precious success that I have had as well as perfect my craft. I just want to be great.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day, who and why?

Saquon Barkley. I became a fan of his watching him play at Penn State. I love his style and how he plays the game. I believe he also has a lot of knowledge to spit about playing RB.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My mom made into the man I am today. She has played a big role in me continuing to chase my dreams. I’ve never seen her give her when she was struggling.

What is your favorite offensive scheme and why?

Spread, I’ve been in this scheme ever since I was in HS and I love how there’s multiple ways you can expose a defense.

What should we know about Scooter Adams the person?

I’m a small town kid that enjoys to be active. I enjoy friends and family time. I tend to be quiet but I’m outgoing. I enjoy playing video games as well as the outdoors. I’m a very big fan of music as well as I make my own.

What stands out about your film the most?

My speed and explosiveness. I’m a versatile athlete as I can also get in the slot and player receiver as well as return kicks. I’m not big in size but I still run with power and I’m a one  cut and go type of guy.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

Give it to God. I’m a firm believer in Christ and believe that everything works for our greater good. I can only be thankful and grateful for the life I live.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A playmaker. I am very ambitious and I have passion for this game as I love it. Ball in my hands or not I can make things happen. I don’t cheat the game and play with my heart.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

I love competing and having fun and everything that comes between the white lines.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Chris Herron. Has everything you want in a receiver and more. He’s really special.
