16-year-old Star Georgia High School Football Player shot and killed

A 16-year-old star football player in Georgia was shot and killed over the weekend. According to reports, Tyrae Campbell, a star football player at Patuala Charter Academy was killed in Cuthbert, Georgia.
Another unnamed teenager was shot in the face as well, by the gunman.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigations arrested Kyle Gilbert, 19, and charged him with involuntary manslaughter and two counts of reckless conduct.
According to reports, the second person shot in the face survived, but Campbell died at the scene. It took AmeriPro Ambulance 18 minutes to arrive on the scene.
Details about what led up to the shooting have not been released.
